ESS is looking for a creative, energetic and organised Marketing & Digital Executive to join our marketing team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain
hands-on experience across different areas of marketing, from digital and social media to website management,
content creation, campaigns and events.
You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone with the
right attitude, strong potential and willingness to learn, and we’ll provide the guidance and training needed
to help you develop within the role.
What will you be doing?
You’ll work closely with the marketing team and get involved in a wide range of projects, including:
Website & E-Commerce
- Managing and regularly updating the ESS website and online shop
- Uploading and maintaining products, prices, promotions, imagery and other website content
- Working with Excel spreadsheets and product data when uploading and updating products
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure product information, pricing and promotions are accurate and up to date
- Carrying out regular checks to identify and resolve website content or product-related issues
- Helping improve the website’s content, usability, presentation and overall customer experience
- Supporting ongoing website improvements and updates
- No coding knowledge is required
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Supporting the setup and management of digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms
- Assisting with campaign updates, assets, targeting and other day-to-day requirements
- Monitoring campaign performance and supporting basic reporting and analysis
- Supporting the planning and execution of wider marketing campaigns
- Working closely with the team to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time
Social Media & Content Creation
- Creating and planning content for our social media platforms
- Developing ideas for Reels, videos and other short-form content
- Filming and producing social media content
- Keeping up with social media trends and identifying new content opportunities
- Supporting the preparation and scheduling of digital content
- Contributing ideas for campaigns, promotions and other marketing initiatives
Events & Marketing Support
- Assisting with events, launches, conferences, client sessions and other marketing activities
- Supporting the preparation, coordination and execution of events
- Being hands-on during events and activations
- Supporting live and event-related content where required
- Working closely with suppliers, brands and other external partners when needed
- Being available for occasional events outside normal working hours, where required
Team & Department Support
- Working closely with our designers on marketing materials and campaigns
- Coordinating with different departments to obtain information, resolve issues and keep projects moving
- Supporting the department with other marketing initiatives and projects
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and following them through to completion
- Identifying issues proactively and helping find practical solutions
Who are we looking for?
- A recent graduate or at the beginning of their career
- Qualified at MQF Level 5 or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field
- Creative, energetic and full of ideas
- Organised and able to prioritise multiple projects, tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Solution-oriented and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Confident with technology and learning new systems and platforms
- Comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
- Interested in digital marketing, social media and content creation
- Comfortable creating video content
- Detail-oriented, accurate and reliable
- A strong communicator with good written and verbal English
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Keen to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility
- In possession of a clean police conduct
- Previous marketing or similar experience is considered an asset, but is not essential
- Knowledge of graphic design and design tools is also considered an asset

Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, website CMS platforms or e-commerce systems will also be considered an asset,
although training will be provided
