The Role:

ESS Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Electrical Engineers to join the dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of impactful projects, from initial concept through to final delivery.

We are looking for champions – the most passionate and driven to join our dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical assessments and studies to support the development of project proposals and solutions
• Assist the Project team with overall project management, including planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Liaise with approved subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines
• Prepare clear and comprehensive technical reports and documentation
• Monitor project progress and performance, including attending and coordinating regular site meetings and providing detailed updates

Required skills and abilities:

• A B.Eng (Hons) degree in Engineering and warrant to practise as Engineer as recognised by laws of Malta.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
• Strong organisational abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
